- Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and encrypted password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture as provided by Google.
- Payment Information: When you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor, Stripe, will collect your payment card information. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. We only receive a token from Stripe to confirm your payment status.
- Usage Data: We collect information about your interactions with our service, such as the number of photos you analyze. This is stored in our database, provided by Supabase.
- Image Data: We process the images you upload solely to perform the skin tone analysis. Images are processed in memory and are not stored on our servers after the analysis is complete.
- Technical Data: We may collect standard technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, as part of our hosting and security measures, provided by Cloudflare.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the SkinBalance service.
- Authenticate you and manage your user account.
- Process your subscription payments.
- Enforce usage limits for our free tier.
- Communicate with you for support and service-related updates.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with the following third-party service providers who help us operate our application:
- Stripe: To process payments.
- Supabase: For database hosting and user authentication.
- Cloudflare: For application hosting and backend infrastructure.
- Google: To provide the "Sign in with Google" option.

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. You can manage some of this information from your Account page. For further requests, please contact us.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information. User passwords and sensitive keys are encrypted. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
